- The product damage is evaluated by our team, and if caused due to defect in manufacturing, we will fix it for you, free of cost.

- The shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer initially, but if the defect in the jewellery is evaluated to be a manufacturing defect, the cost of shipping will be refunded to you

- Please ensure the product is securely packed before sending to avoid any damages during transit. Damages during transit will be the liability of the customer.

- Please mail to us with detailed description and photos of the product and wait for our confirmation before shipping them to us

- We will be happy to fix any other damages to the product caused due to issues unrelated to fault in manufacturing at a nominal cost. In which case cost of up and down shipping will be borne by the customer

- The decision on the kind of damage/defect of the product after thorough evaluation made by Adona diamonds will be considered final

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Adona Diamonds

Adona Diamonds have the complete right and discretion to cancel any orders, and reserve the right to cancel any order for any reasons, including for the following reasons:

  1. Quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing, errors in product information, or any other issues identified by our internal team or any alert against fraudulent transactions.
  2. Adona Diamonds hold the right to cancel any Cash On Delivery orders, if it is not verified within 24-48 hours as in the Cash On Delivery Policy. Company reserves its right to cancel such Cash On Delivery Order at any point of time if the Company is not satisfied with the information provided by the customer.
  3. Adona Diamonds will notify the customer if your order is cancelled fully, or partially or if any other additional requirements required to accept your order.

Cancellation By Customer

Customers can cancel his/her order by the following means:

  1. A Customer who has ordered “in stock products” can cancel his order only before it is handed over for dispatch to the destination. In case of Customer who has ordered “Made to order, and/or custom made products”, can cancel his order only before it is handed over for manufacturing. In case of Made to order and Custom made products, Customer cannot cancel the Product once it is approved and processed for manufacturing.
  2. Registered customers can check the order status by login to adonadiamonds.com or by directly contacting to our email or number.
