- The product damage is evaluated by our team, and if caused due to defect in manufacturing, we will fix it for you, free of cost.

- The shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer initially, but if the defect in the jewellery is evaluated to be a manufacturing defect, the cost of shipping will be refunded to you

- Please ensure the product is securely packed before sending to avoid any damages during transit. Damages during transit will be the liability of the customer.

- Please mail to us with detailed description and photos of the product and wait for our confirmation before shipping them to us

- We will be happy to fix any other damages to the product caused due to issues unrelated to fault in manufacturing at a nominal cost. In which case cost of up and down shipping will be borne by the customer

- The decision on the kind of damage/defect of the product after thorough evaluation made by Adona diamonds will be considered final

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All our products being handcrafted, our standard dispatch time is 2-3 weeks. In certain cases, if the product is readily available in stock, they will be ready to ship in 2-3 days time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once an order is placed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with details to track your order.
The tracking number will be active in 24 hours

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Applicable GST is included in the listed price of the product. Any other external charges occurring after the product has been dispatched from our item has been shipped, will not be borne by Adona Diamonds.

Damages

All products are thoroughly quality checked before packed and shipped. But if you receive a damaged product by any chance, it needs to be informed to us at info@adonadiamonds.com along with a picture the earliest, (ideally within 48 hours for quick and query free replacement) and returned along with the original packaging, bills and certificates and they will be replaced without further questions.
